An invitation

She's been waiting for you.

Babe, oh my gosh. I know what it's like to be holding it all together, chasing your dreams, and working on becoming the best version of yourself, and somewhere in there you kinda lost track of her. The woman who knows how to feel, create, and be fully herself? She's still here. She's just been waiting for you to come up for air.

This retreat is your way back to her, through three portals. No pressure, no performing, no bullshit. Just real talk and real sisterhood.

Five sisters embracing on stone steps beneath glowing lanterns, eyes closed, heads resting together

The feeling

Arrive. Exhale. Begin.

Sisters arriving along a garden path, one waving, one carrying her babyA welcome table on a banana leaf with candles, roses, oracle cards and named welcome bagsWomen stretching on woven mats in the studio, looking out through tall windows to the lake and volcanoSisters with their hands resting on a woman lying down, a toddler leaning in, in a red-lit roomWomen on the deck among banana leaves, one standing, one on her phone, one working at a laptopTwo women sunbathing on indigo cushions on the deck under a blue sky and dark trees

Three portals

Feel. Create. Be seen.

Every day weaves through all three. Pick one and peek inside, babe.

Portal one

Your inner world

Where your emotions live. We make real space to feel what you've been carrying, move it through your body, and let it out. No explaining needed.

  • Nervous system regulation

Body-based practices that help your system chill out, so you feel safe enough to actually open up.

  • Emotional expression

Cry, laugh, shake, scream into a pillow, ugly cry if you need to. Let it all out without having to explain or fix anything. Promise.

  • Movement and dance

Free, intuitive movement, alone and together on the mats. Dance like nobody's watching (we're all dancing anyway).

  • Journaling and circle

Writing and sharing in sisterhood, so you're witnessed by women who fucking get it.

  • Being held

Lie back with a flower on your chest and let a circle of women hold you while you feel everything. It's soooo sweet.

Content creation

Create it. Capture it. Win it.

Garden paths, swimsuits, shells and gems, tripods and tea. We play with making content that feels like you, with zero pressure, no performing, and no perfect lighting needed. It's honestly so fun babe!

Watch, vote, win

We watch the content together and vote for epic giveaways, including free retreats.

Our last winner, Ines, won 3 nights at our property and is now hosting her own retreat here next year!! It's a time to connect with other women, collab, and get your creativity out into the world.

Five days in nature

A circle of women.
No one to compete with. Nothing to prove.

Just you, a deck in the jungle, a hand-rolled spliff going around if that's your thing, and sisters who are sooo happy you're here. Super fucking real energy, babe.

What's included

Everything is held.

  • Five days of guided programming

Nervous system regulation, emotional expression, movement, journaling, circle, and ceremony.
